By authority of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Political Science Peer Teaching Society, and pursuant to the recently concluded TALAKAYAN 2026 held last 15th day of May, the Election Committee hereby proclaims the duly elected officers for Academic Year 2026–2027. The transition of leadership shall take effect at the conclusion of the current semester.

Every session this semester was a reminder that no one has to figure it out alone. And for our final run, we made sure it counted. We closed out the semester by diving deep into some of the most thought-provoking subjects on their plate, unpacking the foundations of Politics and Governance with Philippine Constitution and stretching their perspectives through the rich and layered discussions of Asian Political Thought. From the very first session to this last one, every student who walked through that door walked out a little more prepared, a little more confident, and a lot less alone. Until next semester.

Before the new chapter fully begins, the organization took a moment to look back and honor the people who made this year worth remembering.

The outgoing administration, from the executive members down to every dedicated committee member, was presented with a certificate of recognition in honor of the hard work, late nights, and genuine effort they poured into their term. Their service did not go unnoticed. Through their commitment and passion, tutoring sessions became more than just an initiative on paper. They turned it into something real, something consistent, and something that reached every student who needed it most.

Every certificate handed out carried the weight of sleepless preparations, quiet sacrifices, and a shared desire to make a difference within the organization and beyond.

To the outgoing administration, thank you. The impact you made will continue to be felt long after your term has ended.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳✨

Last May 15th, each candidate from the LAMDAG PARTYLIST took their moment to stand before the organization with confidence, clarity, and conviction as they laid out their individual platforms for the upcoming academic year during the TALAKAYAN 2026. From their advocacies to their action plans, every word they spoke painted a picture of the kind of leader they aspire to be and the direction they intend to take the organization forward.

But TALAKAYAN was never just a stage for speeches. It was a battleground of ideas.

Adjudicators came ready with thoughtful and pointed questions, pushing each candidate to go beyond their prepared statements, challenge their own assumptions, and prove that their plans hold up under pressure. The members of the organization joined in as well, speaking up, seeking clarity, and reminding everyone in the room that trust is something that has to be earned, not simply handed over with a title.

Every question was a test. Every answer, a measure of character.

Some questions were tough. Some made candidates pause, reflect, and dig deep before responding. But that was exactly the point. TALAKAYAN 2026 was where potential met pressure, where vision was tested by reality, and where each candidate had the chance to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they are ready for the role they are stepping into.

The title may come with an election, but the trust? That was earned right there, in that room, in that moment. Because it is never the loudest voice in the room that leads, but the one that holds its ground when challenged.

Meet LAMDAG Partylist, born from the Bisaya word 𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘥𝘢𝘨, meaning 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, and grounded in a mission that goes beyond positions and titles. This is a partylist that leads with 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. A partylist that believes in 𝙮𝙤𝙪.

LAMDAG stands for something bigger than just governance. Surely, this achievement stands as a true testament to your competence, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
