For one special celebration, teachers step away from their usual roles in the classroom and take center stage. This yearโs Teachersโ Month celebration carries the theme โTeacher, Ikaw Naman!โ, giving teachers a chance to enjoy, compete, and create memorable moments together.
The celebration brings together four kingdoms: Kingdom of Valour, Kingdom of Wisdom, Kingdom of Grace, and Kingdom of Legacy. Each kingdom represents qualities that teachers show through their dedication, knowledge, kindness, courage, and lasting influence on their students.
On Day 1, the celebration begins with the Royal Clash of Minds, where teachers put their knowledge, quick thinking, and teamwork to the test. Beyond the competition, the activity gives teachers an opportunity to challenge themselves, have fun, and bond with their fellow educators.
On Day 2, the excitement continues with the ML Tournament. Teachers step into the world of gaming, showcasing their teamwork, strategy, and competitive spirit. It offers them a fun experience outside their usual teaching routine.
Day 3 brings out the child in everyone. Laughter echoes through the venue as teachers join the different parlor games, cheering, teasing, and enjoying every moment. The usual seriousness of their roles seem to fade as they become playful competitors once again. Amid the friendly challenges and bursts of laughter, the games become more than just a break from the activities, but it becomes moments of connection, joy, and shared memories.
While teachers take part in the different games and activities, learning inside the classroom continues. With the presence of Student Teachers, classes remain in session as student teachers take on the responsibility of guiding and teaching students while their teachers participate in the celebration. It becomes a unique experience for both teachers and students, as the usual classroom roles take on a different meaning for the day.
The celebration is not yet over, with more activities and moments still waiting to unfold. As the four kingdoms continue their journey, teachers are given more opportunities to showcase their talents, build friendships, and enjoy the celebration prepared especially for them.
For now, the crown remains with the teachers, because this time, Teacher, ikaw naman!
