DCC will have regular classes today September 28, 2026 in the (Basic Education Department and Tertiary Education Department ) as scheduled (Morning class, Afternoon class, and Evening class TED).

The suspension of work in the private sectors is only encouraged.
In relation to Memorandum Circular No. 136 (Proclamation No. 60 (s. 1992) which declared the last week of September of every year as Family Week and Proclamation No. 326 (s. 2012) which declared the fourth Monday of September of every year as โ€œKainang Pamilya Mahalagaโ€ Day.

Students who are unable to attend or register their attendance will not be subjected to sanctions or disciplinary action, nor will this serve as a basis for clearance denial from the CELA Local Council.

The provision is intended to recognize the varying academic responsibilities, schedules, and circumstances of CELA students while still providing an opportunity for those who wish to participate to have their attendance properly recorded at Squared.
