Congratulations to our GVDNHS Campus Journalists for representing our school with excellence and courage at the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC), held at Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School!

The DSPC brought together the best campus journalists from both public and private schools in Davao City.

A meaningful and productive First Term Parent-Teacher Conference and School Policy Re-Orientation was successfully conducted at Governor Vicente Duterte National High School, with our dear parents and guardians actively participating in the activity.

Heartfelt appreciation goes to all our Advisers and Curriculum Heads for their dedication and commitment in making this activity successful—Ma’am Remie Ramirez, Ma’am Diana Calansingin, Sir Vencent Castillo, Ma’am Liza Rosal, and Ma’am Joan Requierme. The In-Service Training (INSET) is an important avenue for teachers to continuously enhance their knowledge, skills, and practices, enabling us to become more effective and responsive educators for our learners.

The teachers of Gov. Vicente Duterte National High School actively participated in the INSET sessions, bringing enthusiasm, openness, and meaningful contributions to every discussion and learning activity. Their active engagement made the sessions more dynamic, relevant, and productive.

Our heartfelt appreciation as well to our resource speakers and facilitators for the insightful discussions, valuable sharing, and meaningful learning experiences.

"Curious Minds, Bright Futures: GVDNHS Science & Math Day"

September 8, 2026 — Gov. Vicente Duterte National High School successfully conducted today’s Science and Math Program filled with learning, excitement, and teamwork! ✨ From the Math and Science Trivia Challenge to the Presentation of Selected Students, our learners showcased their knowledge, creativity, and love for discovery.

This program was headed by our hardworking Science and Math Teachers, and made possible by our dedicated proponents: Vanjie Galupe, Neñes Yurango, Emelie Redoble, Leonebelle Villanel, Remie Ramirez, Diana Calansingin, Marilyn Mabitad, Jemmar Jurial, Elmer Aberilla, Ma’am Jane Pernia, and the rest of our supportive advisers. Thank you for your leadership and commitment in making science and math engaging for every GVDNHS student.
