Delicious Fine Dining for Less at Cafe Clarice 🍾🍾🍾

Cafe Clarice which was once located at C-Tree Hotel is now located at the 2nd floor of Spa Valley, in front of SM Lanang Premier. Even so, the place is still as posh as the last. And the ambiance is still the same as before.

Headed by Executive Chef Josamme who studied culinary in the US and has worked in Australia in th same industry, Cafe Clarice boasts of delicious fine dining dishes at a fraction of the price. Despite the price difference, you are assured you get quality dishes at par with top fine dining restaurants in Davao City.

Dinakdakan Bites P90
Must try! Crunchy dinakdakan on top of wonton crisp. Very appetizing. The first time a friend and I tried this, we ordered another one. Highly recommended! 👍🏻😍👌🏻

Shirmp Ceviche Salad P150
Greens with mango, pomelo, dill and poached shrimps. Good for sharing. 👍🏻

Chicken Teriyaki P250
2 pcs. tender grilled chicken with pumpkin puree rice and veggies on the side.

Cafe Clarice Pork Ribs P300
300g of tender pork ribs glazed with Cafe Clarice barbecue with rice and veggies on the side. Good to try! 👍🏻

Sirloin Steak P400
Tender sirloin steak with red wine jus and sauteed veggies. Also good to try! 👍🏻

Davao Food Guide recommended! Despite it's real durian fruit, it's not pungent at all. But the taste, OMG. Caramelized durian in its shell with ice cream and custard on the side. Lami! 👌🏻❤️👍🏻

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!

My version of Orange Vinaigrette:
2L orange juice,
1/4 cup apple cider venigar,
1/4 cup white onion,
2 tsp. Mince Ginger,
6 cups olive oil,
2 tsp white sugar,
1 tsp dry mixed herbs
salt and pepper.
Reduce orange juice in low heat for 45 mins. Cool it down for 1 hr.
Mixed apple cider, onion, mixed herbs, sugar and ginger in a blender and blend all toger then add reduced orange.
Blend all together and gradually add olive oi.
When its think and meet desired misture add salt and white pepper for taste mix well .
