The Student Government BUDGET WILL BE EFFICIENTLY UTILIZED through proper annual budgeting and financial planning. This will be done consistently with a designated sheet file to immediately track all spending records, estimated income, and estimated expenses.

E – Effective Task Cooperations
Organized financial operations must be ensured at all times by STRICT ASSIGNATION OF TASKS to batch business managers and members during activities such as lost-and-found schedules and fundraising initiatives. This can be done with the help of consistent reminders and a designated google calendar for the scheduling. To avoid the case of having the lost-and-found close, 2-3 batch business managers will be assigned to each and everyday.

C – Consistent Communication and Transparency
Providing regular email updates and announcements regarding SG merchandise, and financial initiatives. Since orders will be tracked with the help of sheets, access will only be shared with the concerned individuals only, not including the consumer of the product in order to still remain transparent and private. CLEAR AND PUNCTUAL COMMUNICATION MUST BE PRESENT at all times with both internal officers and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and transparency in all financial factors. This will be assessed with the help of a personal calendar to make sure that all activities are punctual and up-to-date. This will be of help in terms of the procurement of sg merch and other more financial initiatives.

U – Up-to-Date Financial Documentation
DETAILED AND ACCURATE FINANCIAL REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION at all times. Each transaction will include complete permanent documentation such as receipts, income records, and disbursement reports. Financial Reports will also be done every quarter to give regular updates. All of this will be done along side the auditor to avoid any miscalculations towards the budget.

R – Responsible Financial Oversight
WORKING CLOSELY WITH SG AUDITOR to review and verify every financial transaction and minimizes the risk of discrepancies in SG funds.

E – Ethical Financial Management
Ensuring that all financial activities STRICTLY COMPLY WITH SCHOOL POLICIES, legal requirements, and institutional guidelines, upholding integrity and trust in the management of student funds. To also state, it is a must to require proper approval before spending SG funds. Ensure all purchases are documented and approved.

D - Disciplined Procurement and Order System
Every procurement process will strictly have a requirement before any purchase is made, it is as it follows; supplier canvassing, price comparison, suggestions from the SG, and proper documentation. Orders for SG merchandise and materials will be tracked from procurement, ordering, and payment to distribution in a designated sheets, accessible only towards the members in the Student Government.

c.) Short but Concise Batch Meetings: To save needed time for the Batch, I will only hold Batch meetings when urgent, and I will make it so that these meetings are short but informative. I will also make sure to prepare Meeting Minutes for people who may have missed it.
d.) Anonymous Google Form: Have an online Google form that Batchmates can reach out with their concerns personally and optionally anonymously, to promote practical advice without fearing judgment

✅Foster Unity, Discipline, and Responsibility
a.) Fostering Unity: Encourage the student body to be highly cooperative and to be responsible by being a voice of reason. In events like Kalasag, establish cheer teams so no game feels lonely and outcast.
b.) Promote Responsibility: I will be clear and firm to reprimand my Batch when necessary. particularly during flag ceremonies or talks.

✅Ensure Efficient Completion of Batch Activities
a.) Spreading Tasks: I will leverage our existing committees and utilize all positions effectively to fulfill their responsibilities. I will establish clear objectives and be strict on deadlines to avoid cramming. I will also make sure everyone does their tasks correctly and responsibly by regularly monitoring their tasks and providing support when needed.
b.) Soiree: Begin early planning for the Soiree upon the start of my term by implementing a month-by-month planning process, including committees, budget, venue selection, catering, and other necessary preparations to ensure an organized event.
c.) Legacy Project: Begin potential legacy project ideas early in the term and plan with stakeholders to ensure that the batch legacy project is properly planned and meaningful for the school.

✅Establish the RLC Program
a.) Implement the RLC Program (Research, LeAP, Careers) to organize the batch's academic and future preparation needs.
b.) For Research: Have batch-wide forms or meetings to get information regarding needs for their research and coordinate procurement through the Logistics Committee, allowing groups with similar research needs to purchase materials collectively and to save effort.
c.) For LeAP: Organize and coordinate LeAP groups so all LeAP groups are organized and know what to do. I will ask for their purpose, and I will track progress every month. I will also coordinate with the LeAP coordinator and disseminate information.
d.) For Careers: Have batch-wide forms or meetings to get information on each person's interested college to maintain an updated compilation of schedules with the help of the Academic Committee for major college examinations across the Philippines, and disseminate needed information regarding those exams.

✅Maintain Relationship with the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)
a.) Maintain the already built strong relationship with PTA throughout the school year.
b.) Serve as a bridge between the batch and the PTA by communicating student ideas and needs for support.

Now you might be wondering? Why should you vote for me? Well, as a 𝓬𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓲𝓭𝓪𝓽𝓮 running for Grade 8 batch gov, for the school year 2026-2027, I am ready to serve batch 31 as we venture further in our high school years.

As we move on to the next level of high school, there will be a lot of AA's, FA's and assignments that we have to do, and that's why my platforms are focused on students' mental health and wellbeing.

As a wise man once said "not everything is meant to be, but everything is worth trying" and I stand by that, I don't only want to run as batch gov to run a batch, but to also improve my leadership skills and what best benefits my batch!

4PRIME (Four Pillars of Resilience, Integrity, Modernity, and Excellence)
Resilience - prioritize tutoring programs held by student-student to enrich and uplift other batchmates whenever remedial classes aren’t available by establishing an organized committee that:
1.) Manages tutor schedules and lessons tutored
2.) Organizes presentations and specific lesson topics for understanding
3.) Designates WHAT, WHEN, and WHERE a tutoring session happens for easier dissemination of information
4.) Focus on multiple people per session to ensure the lesson plan is covered efficiently between batchmates

Integrity - develop a standard of integrity, transparency, and accountability for all to uphold.

Modernity - Expand batch 2031’s social media posts to include school-wide events like Buwan ng Wika and Kalasag, while also:
a.) Establish a custom creatives committee for said social media management
b.) Promote “game days,” every week after exams in which specific and popularized online and offline games within our batch (e.g minecraft, roblox) are to be put in a “tournament” styled match for entertainment and enthusiasm.

Excellence - organize timely batch meetings to discuss and listen to ongoing issues/concerns within batch 2031 and engage in the practice of etiquette and respect
