On July 3, 2026, at about 11:20 AM, personnel of the Salaam Police Center (SPC) Eastern Mindanao, led by PSSg Malik Macadatar and PSSg Fahad Esmael, together with PMSg Mohamad G. Aragasi, CCPO Salaam PNCO, and personnel from Police Station 4, conducted a Masjid Visitation and Community Dialogue at Mahad Al-Imam Bukharie for Holy Qur'an Memorization, Inc., at Mangungan Street, Barangay Bagua II, Cotabato City.

The activity included the distribution of assorted school supplies to Mulet (Arabic) students as part of the Philippine National Police's continuing commitment to strengthen police-community relations, promote peace, unity, and mutual understanding, and support education within the Muslim community.

The team also delivered motivational messages highlighting the importance of education, discipline, and responsible citizenship. An open forum followed, during which the participants discussed the PNP's Five Flagship Police Community Relations (PCR) Programs, Counter-Radicalization initiatives, and Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE).The dialogue encouraged active participation, strengthened mutual trust, and reinforced the shared commitment of the PNP and the community toward lasting peace, security, and development.
