Good Evening Future Educators!

As mandated by our Moderator, the Education Student Council will have its own clearance again for this semester. In this case, ALL EDUCATION STUDENTS MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE STE CLEARANCE.
You can get the STE clearance in the EDUSCO Office starting tomorrow.

**For those students who had their school clearances stamped already by the EDUSCO, kindly go back to the office and secure a copy of the STE Clearance and present your school clearance so that we can stamp again this time in for your STE clearance.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Take note that the STE clearance is essential for your school clearances because that would be the basis of whether your program heads and our Dean will sign your school clearance or not.

HERE ARE THE STEPS FOR YOUR CLEARANCE SIGNING:
1.) Get a copy of the STE Clearance at the EDUSCO Office
2.) Have your STE clearance countersigned by your club President/Officers.
3.) Present all necessary requirements (slips, receipts and sanctions) needed by the Education Student Council at the EDUSCO Office and have your STE clearances stamped by the officers.
4.) Go to your respective program heads and present your STE clearance for them to sign.
5.) Go to the Dean's Office and present a complete signed STE clearance.
And you're done! You are cleared from our department.

The voting will continue tomorrow, March 8, 2019; 8 am to 5 pm @ FS Corner. This will also be the last day of voting. Please exercise your right to vote. Sorry for the inconvenience. Just to remind you all that tomorrow is the first day of our SSG Elections and also our PLEBISCITE.

As what we discussed during our General Assembly last Tuesday, YOU ARE ALL REQUIRED TO CAST YOUR VOTES. The voting precincts is located at the E-LIBRARY & COMPUTER LABORATORY from 8AM - 5PM.

Don't forget to get a slip from the SSG-COMELEC and present it to any of the officers on duty to claim the EDUSCO Plebiscite slip as proof that you casted your votes during the elections.

Remember that this slip is one of the requirement for your clearance signing. So please secure a slip to avoid sanctions.
