The Archons of IMS, together with fellow student organizations from IMS and ICHEF, successfully conducted another 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 last 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, to further strengthen preparations for the institution’s upcoming highlight event this term.

The meeting focused on key updates regarding activity schedules, committee coordination, logistics, team preparations, and overall ex*****on plans to ensure a well-organized and engaging experience for YOU, JIBians.

As Term 3 unfolds, the Archons of IMS are back on track, working alongside fellow student organizations from IMS and ICHEF in a 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 held last April 8 & 14, 2026, in preparation for an upcoming highly anticipated highlight event for the term.

The meeting was led by 𝐊𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐨, the current 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘀, with the active support and participation of the executive officers and representatives from each organization, ensuring structured leadership and reinforcing a cohesive and well-aligned collaboration among all participating organizations.

With preparations now actively in motion and every detail being carefully refined through collective effort, anticipation continues to build for a dynamic and meaningful celebration of student excellence.
