Before a child can master the ABCs, they need to master the “I can do it myself.” 🧩✨

While most often rush to fill young minds with flashcards and academic milestones, teaching self-reliance skills first builds the actual foundation for all future learning.
When a child learns how to pack their own bag, put on their shoes, eat independently, wash hands by themselves, or navigate a minor problem, they aren't just learning tasks—they are developing the ultimate learning superpower: RESILIENCE.

🎒 Who says learning only happens in the classroom?☀️

Last August 28th, the Davao Chong Hua Preschool family traded the classroom for the great outdoors! Our little learners and their parents enjoyed a beautiful day packed with hands-on activities, outdoor play, and pure joy. 🌿✨

We love stepping outside the traditional four walls of the classroom as it allows us to:

✨ Build stronger family bonds through shared emotional connections.
🌱 Cultivate curiosity and a natural drive to explore.
🌍 Teach environmental love by immersing ourselves in nature.

Ms. Janica Go-Vidanes, M.S., LMFT

We are proud to introduce Ms. Janica Go-Vidanes, who recently facilitated our Parent-Child Workshop, “Rooted Together: Growing Emotional Security Through Nature “ during the Family Nature Day Field Trip last August 28th.

Ms. Janica brings a wealth of global expertise to our school:

⭐️ Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the States of New York and New Jersey.

⭐️M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hall University, New York, U.S.A. (including the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor track).

⭐️Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.

⭐️Managing Partner & Therapist for a US-based telehealth clinic and a local Philippine practice.

Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Ms. Janica is deeply committed to helping individuals and families build healthier, stronger relationships.
