Primum is the Official Student Publication of the University of Mindanao. Primum is a Latin word which means "first" or "above all".

As a student publication, we are committed to be on the front line in delivering factual and unbiased information to the studentry. The publication has pivoted online rendering consistent online content specialized in various journalism field, alongside with striking art and design.
