The Guild of Electronics Engineering Students (GEES) proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Electronics and Telecommunications Week, a meaningful occasion that highlights the vital contributions of electronics engineers in shaping a more connected and technologically advanced Philippines.

From enabling seamless communication across the archipelago to powering industries such as healthcare, transportation, and information technology, the electronics engineering profession continues to drive innovation, strengthen infrastructure, and improve everyday life. As technology rapidly evolves, electronics engineers remain at the forefront of progress, building solutions that empower communities and fuel national development.

In accordance with Proclamation No. 238, s. 1988, signed by President Corazon C. Aquino, the Philippines celebrates National Electronics and Telecommunications Week every May 17–23.

As we commemorate this meaningful week, GEES reaffirms its dedication to advancing the field of electronics engineering—honoring its legacy, embracing its present, and shaping its future. Earlier today, Engr. Jalandra from Enginuity ECE Review Hub conducted an insightful seminar on Electronics Licensure Examination (EELE) Preparation from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The session provided students with practical strategies, helpful tips, and a clearer understanding of what to expect in the licensure exam, helping build both competence and confidence.

Growing together through straightforward analysis and zero-intimidation mentorship, students engaged in meaningful discussions and guided learning that encouraged them to approach the licensure journey with determination, discipline, and the right mindset—bridging the gap between academic preparation and professional success.
