The JMCFI-CTE successfully conducted the ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ-๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ, equipping future educators with essential knowledge and skills in preparing a Table of Specifications (TOS) and developing well-aligned assessment tools. The session on Table of Specifications (TOS) was facilitated by ๐๐ข๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ก๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง, ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐, while the discussion on Test Draft Preparation was led by ๐๐ข๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ก๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง, ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ together with ๐๐ข๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐๐ฉ๐, ๐๐๐. Through their insightful discussions and guidance, the interns gained a deeper understanding of constructing effective assessment tools aligned with learning objectives.
During the workshop proper for the Test Draft, the participants were divided into breakout rooms according to their respective specializations to allow for more focused guidance and collaboration. This setup enabled the interns to receive targeted feedback and support in developing test items suited to their specific subject areas, ensuring that their assessments were appropriate, aligned, and reflective of their lesson objectives.
The seminar-workshop served as an important learning experience that emphasized the role of assessment in the teaching-learning process. By carefully constructing a TOS and drafting test questions, the interns strengthened their competence in developing valid, reliable, and objective-based test itemsโfurther preparing them to become reflective, effective, and competent educators.

The JMCFI-CTE interns successfully completed their in-campus deployment through their Final Demonstration Teaching at JMCFI-IBED, covering the Grade School (GS), Junior High School (JHS), and Senior High School (SHS) levels. This significant milestone allowed the interns to apply various teaching strategies and instructional approaches within an inclusive learning environment. Through hands-on classroom experiences, they gained valuable insights into real-world teaching situations while strengthening their confidence and professional competencies as future educators.
The internship program serves as an essential bridge between theory and practice, enabling pre-service teachers to refine their pedagogical skills and translate classroom knowledge into meaningful teaching experiences. By engaging directly with learners and mentors, the interns were able to enhance their instructional planning, classroom management, and assessment practices.

Last March 5, 2026, the students of ECED 11 โ Childrenโs Literature conducted a delightful Storytelling Activity for the JMCFI Kindergarten pupils. Through their creativity and passion for teaching young learners, the students presented their original stories using Big Book Pop-Up Storybooks, making the storytelling experience more engaging, colorful, and interactive for the children.

The activity allowed the ECED students to apply their learning in childrenโs literature while developing their storytelling skills, creativity, and confidence in engaging young learners. More importantly, it brought joy and meaningful learning to the kindergarten pupils as they listened, imagined, and interacted with the stories.
This experience highlights the importance of creative storytelling in early childhood education, where stories become powerful tools for learning, imagination, and values formation.

The JMCFI-CTE interns had successfully done their off-campus deployment through final demo teaching at F. Bustamante Central Elementary School, Bernardo D. Carpio National High School and F. Bangoy National High School. This stage had helped the interns make progress in making various teaching strategies in an inclusive learning environment. Through hands-on classroom experience, the interns gained valuable insights into real-world teaching challenges and developed their professional competencies.
The internship program serves as a crucial bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical application, allowing pre-service teachers to refine their pedagogical skills while contributing meaningfully to the learning experiences of students in partner institutions. On January 23, 2025, Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc.-College of Teacher Education (JMCFI-CTE) hosted a remarkable event to honor the achievements of their students. The โLET Passersโ Testimonial & 5-Peat 100% Pass Rate Celebrationโ was a heartfelt occasion celebrating the dedication, perseverance, and excellence of the collegeโs future educators.
