• 2x2 picture should not be the same with the corporate or semi-formal picture. The second one is for posting purposes only together with your candidacy statement.

• Upon accomplishment of required documents for both online and physical submission, ensure that filled in details are hand-written and signatures are 'wet ink'.

The signing of clearance for Academic Year 2025–2026, Second Semester will be held on May 12–15, 2026 at SA302 (beside the BA Laboratory). This is a 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 for all BSBA students, and the BSBA ExeCom together with the Student Assistants will strictly monitor compliance. Please accomplish your clearance within the scheduled dates, take note of the requirements, and follow the submission guidelines accordingly to ensure completion of academic obligations."

1. Organization Major Stamp/Signature (CROSSMARC, JFINEX, and JPMAP)
2. BSBA and SBME Customer Satisfaction Survey

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫:
‎• Students must secure the sign of the major organization (e.g., JFINEX, JPMAP, CROSSMARC) before the BSBA ExeCom will cater them.
‎• Students cannot secure the signature of the Program Chairperson without complying first with the requirements of the BSBA ExeCom.
‎• Students with incomplete requirements will be subjected to SANCTIONS. The list of sanctions will be forwarded to the groupchats per major and year-level.
