We would like to inform our alumni and stakeholders that the Immaculatus Yearbooks for Academic Years 2023, 2024, and 2025 are currently undergoing the necessary processing and completion procedures.

Please be assured that the Immaculatus Yearbook Staff are actively working to ensure that all yearbooks meet the expected standards of quality and accuracy, with the goal of releasing them within this year. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this process continues.

All official updates regarding the availability and distribution of the yearbooks will be communicated through this official page. We respectfully encourage everyone to regularly check this page for verified announcements.

📍 Admission, Marketing and Scholarship (AM&S) Office, UIC Main Campus
⏰ 8 AM – 5 PM (Tue–Fri)
⏰ Half day, morning only on Saturdays
🚫 No releasing on Mondays & Sundays

📌 Frames will only be released to those fully paid on all accounts (Option A or B).
📌 If you can’t claim in person, your classmate may claim for you with an authorization letter, a photocopy of your ID with 3 specimen signatures, and a photocopy of the ID of the one who will claim it.

Consequently, the advertisement submission deadline is extended to May 24, 2025 for those who are yet to obtain the forms. For those who have, the original schedule will still be followed.
