Alumni are requested to bring their valid ID and graduation official receipt when claiming.

If parents or representatives will claim on behalf of an alumna/alumnus, please present an authorization letter together with the alumna’s or alumnus’ valid ID and graduation official receipt.

SUBJECT : OFFICE WORK AND CLASSES SUSPENSION

Please be informed that office work and classes on July 23–24, 2026 (Thursday and Friday) are hereby suspended to give way to the scheduled Institutional Training on Basic Life Support and First Aid.

This suspension is in line with the school’s commitment to equip faculty and staff with essential emergency response skills that will further ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Normal class operations shall resume on July 27, 2026 (Monday).

LOOK | Voucher Program Application Re-orientation

The Senior High School Department successfully conducted its Re-Orientation on DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2026, focusing on the Voucher Program Application on July 20, 2026 from 8:00am-11:30am at the SJPIICD Quadrangle.

During the session, the SHS team reiterated the importance of complying with the required documents to support the application process. Parents and guardians were also informed about the categories where their students belong, ensuring clarity and proper guidance.

The department strongly emphasized the guidelines, terms, and conditions for approval of applications, while also narrating the possible reasons for disapproval. This was done to ensure transparency and preparedness among all stakeholders.

The orientation proved to be fruitful and engaging, as parents and guardians actively raised their clarifications and concerns regarding the voucher application. Their participation highlighted the shared commitment to securing educational opportunities for our JPCean learners.

We extend our gratitude to all parents and guardians who attended and engaged in this meaningful discussion. Together, we continue to uphold our mission of providing quality education while ensuring compliance with national guidelines.

ANNOUNCEMENT | ALL GRADE 11 PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Please be informed that the Senior High School Department will hold a very important meeting regarding the Voucher Application Program for Grade 11 Learners on July 20, 2026 (Monday) at 8:00AM at the SJPIICD Quadrangle.

The department will discuss the provisions of DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2026, otherwise known as the “Revised Guidelines on the Implementation of Expanded Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (E-GASTPE)”. In addition, the pertinent required documents to be submitted as part of the voucher application will be presented.

ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED to ensure that all Grade 11 parents/guardians are properly guided by the provisions of this DepEd Order.

𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐈𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨! 🎉

The way we greeted our new Grade-11 Students was very exciting, from drum beating to dancing and to the proclamation of the opening of the S.Y. 2026-2027.

Followed with the SSC’s introduction of the BYO Program which allowed students to participate, especially Grade-11 which lifted everyone’s spirits, broke the ice of our Juniors, and made them engage into some challenges. After that, Important announcements and reminders were then shared towards our students, and the program concluded with the Percussion Exhibition, leaving everyone motivated as they begin the new school year ahead.

As we dive into S.Y. 2026-2027, let’s us remember to remind ourselves that we should enjoy our remaining days of High School—and at the same time, do our best, and enjoy the journey ahead.

CLASS AND WORK SUSPENSION ADVISORY

In accordance with the directive issued by the City Government of Davao following the recent earthquake experienced in Davao City, classes at all levels and work operations at St. John Paul II College of Davao are hereby suspended effective immediately today, June 8, 2026.

This suspension covers all academic activities, office operations, and campus transactions until further notice.

We encourage everyone to remain calm, stay alert for possible aftershocks, and follow the advisories issued by the appropriate authorities.
