Holy Cross College of Calinan, Inc. (HCCC) was recognized for its strong performance in the Licensure Examinations for Professional Teachers (LEPT), covering the September 2025 and March 2026 board examinations. The school received the award during the ARTEI Learning and Development Forum cm General Assembly 2026, held on September 15, 2026, at Sunny Point Hotel, Davao City, in recognition of its dedication to excellent teacher training.
The numbers speak for themselves. The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) program posted a perfect 100% passing rate in the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (BLEPT), while the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) program registered a 95.74% passing rate in the same exam period before settling at 93.75% in March 2026 โ both results reflecting strong and consistent performance.
Dr. Jennifer C. Remperas of the Education Program shared her joy over the recognition: "I am very happy to receive the recognition given by ARTEI XI for the good performance of our education graduates in the licensure examination." She went on to reflect on what the honor represents, saying, "The certificate is a symbol of the heart of the education graduates. It shows their heart's longing to be qualified and effective educators someday." She also had words of encouragement for future LPTs preparing for their own exams: "I have no doubt in my heart that you will pass the LET. Congratulations in advance, future educators."
This achievement stands as a testament to the dedication of both the faculty and students of the Education Program, whose unwavering commitment to excellence continues to produce competent and passionate educators. As the program looks ahead to future licensure examinations, it remains steadfast in its mission to nurture graduates who are not only academically prepared but also driven by a genuine calling to teach and inspire the next generation.
