In accordance with the Scholars’ ID (SCHID) Contract of Agreement, 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 are required to return their SCHIDs to the Office of Admissions and Aid upon the completion of the academic year.

The SCHID return period is from 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟓 to 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, during office hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Scholarship grants for summer are only applicable for courses with 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 as per indicated in the curriculum.

A 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 will be issued instead of the contract 𝐮𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Please note that the processing location for summer enrollment will be at the main location of the Scholarship Office, which is along Finster Hall (inside the campus), from 𝟖:𝟑𝟎𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟑𝟎𝐏𝐌 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲.
