Communal National High School marked a milestone on February 27, 2026, as it joyfully celebrated its 8th Foundation Day with the theme โEight Years of Excellence: Celebrating Unity, Growth, and Achievement.โ The event brought together students, faculty, alumni, and guests in a day filled with vibrant performances, heartfelt tributes, and a strong sense of school spirit.
The celebration began with a solemn mass, setting the tone for a day of thanksgiving and festivity. A colorful lineup of cultural presentations followed, showcasing the talents of each grade level: Grade 7 performed a Lowland Folk Dance, Grade 8 highlighted a Highland Folk Dance, Grade 9 energized the crowd with a Festival Dance, and selected Grade 10 students delivered a lively intermission number. Grade 11 capped the performances with the spirited โGalaw Pilipinas,โ reflecting the dynamism of the youth.
Beyond the dances and music, the program honored the schoolโs founders whose vision and dedication laid the foundation for Communal NHS. Alumni also shared their cherished memories, inspiring current students to continue striving for excellence and carrying forward the legacy of unity and growth.
The school expressed its gratitude to the Barangay Communal officials, led by Captain Hon. Mark Q. Galvez, along with Kagawad members and administrators who graced the occasion despite their busy schedules. Appreciation was also extended to Mr. Nelson S. Lubguban Jr., School Head of Communal Elementary School, for joining the celebration.
The dayโs festivities not only honored the past but also strengthened the bonds of the present, reminding everyone that Communal NHS is more than just a schoolโit is a community built on tradition, pride, and achievement. As the institution looks ahead, the celebration stands as a testament to eight years of excellence and the promise of many more to come.

Step into a world of pastel skies, candy-colored dreams, and endless smiles! Our Grade 10 and Grade 12 students lit up the night at Dreamy Pastels: A Candyland Gala, turning one magical evening into memories that taste sweeter than cotton candy. From laughter that echoed through the hall to moments frozen in every photo, this was a night where elegance met fun, and magic was in every pastel shade. ๐๐ธ๐

Proud moments like this remind us why partnerships matter. ๐๐
A heartfelt thank you to JMCFI Research Development and Publication Office (RDPO) for the guidance, mentorship, and warm support extended to our learners throughout this journey.
At the JMCFI Research Development and Publication Office (RDPO), we believe the future of innovation is built on today's partnerships. Thatโs why we were thrilled to actively support the Work-Integrated Learning program of Communal National High Schoolโs Senior High School STEM track from December 9, 2025 to January 21, 2026, a total of 120 hours.
This past season, we had the immense pleasure of mentoring two brilliant STEM students, Jareid and Elijah. Their internship was more than just an observation; it was a deep dive into the engine room of research and data analysis.
We exposed them to the core of what we do:
๐ Real-Life Data Analytics: Elijah and Jared assisted with data encoding, cleaning, and reliability test computations for ongoing student research surveys.
๐ The R&D Process in Action: From literature mining and reference formatting to helping prepare research materials for publication, they help us catalogue student theses works.
๐ค Professional Collaboration: They became part of our team, attending briefings, learning to communicate office updates, and understanding how teamwork fuels discovery.
Their fresh perspectives and eagerness to learn were truly invigorating for our office. Itโs inspiring to see young minds connect classroom concepts like statistical analysis and the scientific method to tangible tasks that impact our communityโs understanding.

A new and exciting journey begins as our Senior High School students officially start their Work Immersion at DMMA College of Southern Philippines, an institution known for excellence in maritime, tourism, and hospitality education.
