📌 MGA GINIKANAN/GUARDIANS:
• Ihatud ang inyong anak sa designated drop-off area/gate lamang.
• Tugoti ang mga tinun-an nga mosulod sa ilang classroom nga sila ra.
• Palihog ayaw mosulod sa school premises panahon sa regular dropping-off gawas kung adunay awtorisasyon.
• Sunda ang mga instruksyon sa school personnel ug security guard.

🪪 FETCHER’S CARD

Ang Class Adviser mahimong mohatag og Fetcher’s Card sa ginikanan/guardian nga adunay valid ug importanteng rason sa pag-accompany o pag-fetch sa learner.

Apan, ang pagbaton og Fetcher’s Card dili automatic nga permiso sa pagsulod. Ang pagsulod kinahanglan adunay approval sa School Administration ug Class Adviser, ilabi na sa mga espesyal nga kaso.

🚨 EMERGENCY CASES / VISITOR’S ID

Kung adunay emergency o urgent nga sitwasyon ug kinahanglan gyud mosulod ang ginikanan/guardian apan walay Fetcher’s Card:

1️⃣ I-present ang VALID ID ngadto sa School Guard.
2️⃣ Human ma-verify ang valid ID, ang Guard mohatag og Visitor’s ID.
3️⃣ Isulat sa Visitor’s Logbook ang gikinahanglang impormasyon, lakip ang Visitor’s ID Number.
4️⃣ I-scan ang Visitor’s ID para sa TIME IN gamit ang school ID system scanner.
5️⃣ Sulod sa school premises ug isul-ob/ipakita kanunay ang Visitor’s ID.
6️⃣ Sa paggawas, i-scan pag-usab ang Visitor’s ID para sa TIME OUT.
7️⃣ Ibalik ang Visitor’s ID sa School Guard pagkahuman sa paggawas.

𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐄𝐒: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲

A palpable wave of excitement and gratitude filled the campus of Piedad Central Elementary School as the school community welcomed a new chapter of leadership on September 16, 2026, marking the opening of the 2nd Term with the installation of its newly designated Principal III, Ma’am Judith Blando-Ardepolla.

Smiles, warm handshakes, and vibrant floral offerings filled the school grounds as learners, teachers, staff, and stakeholders gathered to welcome their new school leader. The atmosphere reflected not only excitement for what lies ahead but also appreciation for the leadership that brought the school to this new chapter.

A Grateful Farewell, A Lasting Legacy

Before embracing its new leadership, the Piedad CES family bid a heartfelt farewell to its former School Head, Ma’am Daisy Lyn A. Buenafe, who served the school for four meaningful years.

In her message of gratitude and farewell, Ma’am Buenafe reflected on her journey at Piedad CES, recalling how she entered the school four years ago with "a heart full of dreams and a deep desire to serve” and departed with a heart filled with gratitude.

She expressed her appreciation to the teachers and staff for their unwavering commitment, patience, and partnership throughout various programs, challenges, and accomplishments. She likewise recognized the learners, describing them as the very reason educators continue to serve and as the greatest privilege of her leadership.

Her message also highlighted the invaluable contributions of the School Governance Council (SGC), Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), and partner stakeholders, whose trust and collaboration helped make school initiatives and innovations possible.

As she embarks on a new journey as School Head of Bankas Heights Elementary School, Ma’am Buenafe assured the Piedad CES family that the memories, relationships, and shared accomplishments will remain close to her heart.

“This is not truly a goodbye, but a grateful pause,” she shared in her farewell message, emphasizing that the bonds built and the seeds planted during her leadership will continue to grow.

Her four-year tenure leaves behind not only programs and accomplishments but also a legacy of service, collaboration, and commitment to the welfare of every learner.

Welcoming a Fresh Chapter

With grateful hearts for the past and renewed enthusiasm for the future, the Piedad CES community warmly welcomed Ma’am Judith Blando-Ardepolla as its new Principal III.

During her inaugural address, Ma’am Ardepolla expressed her appreciation for the enthusiastic reception she received from the school community.

“I am so overwhelmed with your enthusiasm in welcoming me. Let’s help each other and continue to work together for Piedad Central Elementary School.”

She also laid down three key priorities for the learners: reading, cleanliness, and safety.

Her message immediately established a clear direction for her administration, placing literacy, a clean and nurturing learning environment, and the safety and well-being of learners at the heart of her leadership.

Spotlighting Talent and Athletic Drive

Beyond her core priorities, Ma’am Ardepolla also took time to recognize the talents and achievements that continue to bring pride to Piedad CES.

She commended the school publications, “The Central” and “Ang Sentro,” together with the campus journalists and their School Paper Advisers, Ma’am Jelly Ann A. Florin and Ma’am Shremie V. Tasong*, encouraging them to continue pursuing excellence and bringing honor to the institution.

The school’s athletic contingent preparing for the upcoming Davao City Athletic Association (DCAA) Meet also received recognition, alongside School Sports Coordinator Sir Vance Val M. Gonzales, as the new school head expressed her support for the learners who will represent Piedad CES in the sporting arena.

Moving Forward, Together

As the short program came to a close, Master of Ceremonies Sir Jomari G. Saga reminded the school community of the transformative journey that lies ahead.

The transition from one leadership to another marks more than a change in administration. It represents the continuation of a shared mission—one built on service, collaboration, excellence, and a deep commitment to learners.

As Ma’am Buenafe begins her new chapter at Bankas Heights Elementary School and Ma’am Ardepolla begins her leadership journey at Piedad CES, one thing remains constant: the commitment of the Piedad Central Elementary School family to move forward together.

A chapter has closed.
A new one has begun.

MAHIGIT 2,400 MAG-AARAL SA PIEDAD CENTRAL ES, NAKIISA SA MILO CHAMP CAMP 2026

DAVAO CITY — Umabot sa mahigit 2,400 na mag-aaral mula Grade 1 hanggang Grade 6 ng Piedad Central Elementary School ang aktibong nakiisa sa isinagawang MILO Champ Camp ngayong Miyerkules, Agosto 26.

Layunin ng nasabing programa na pasiglahin ang katawan ng mga mag-aaral at itaguyod ang kahalagahan ng maagang pagpasok sa larangan ng palakasan. Pinangunahan ng host na si Kuya Miko ang mga aktibidad na kinabibilangan ng warm-up exercises, MILO Champ Moves dance, at mga sports activation sa basketball, volleyball, at taekwondo.

Ayon kay Kuya Miko, lubos ang kaniyang kagalakan sa pagkakataong ipinagkaloob ng MILO Philippines upang mas mabigyang-pansin ang paghubog sa kasanayan ng mga kabataan sa iba't ibang uri ng palakasan.

Inihayag naman ni Lorelie B. Chio, adviser ng Grade 3, na napaka-excited ng kaniyang mga mag-aaral at lubos ang kaniyang tuwa sa positibong epekto ng programa sa mga bata. Aniya, malaking tulong ang aktibidad upang mahikayat ang mga mag-aaral na maging mas aktibo, malusog, at matuto ng disiplina sa pamamagitan ng sports.

Bukod sa mga pagsasanay at palaro, nagkaloob din ang organizers ng libreng ice-cold MILO sa bawat mag-aaral upang makatulong sa pagpapanatili ng kanilang enerhiya sa buong magdamag na aktibidad.

Naging maayos at matagumpay ang pangkalahatang pagdaraos ng kaganapan sa pakikipagtulungan ng pamunuan ng paaralan at ng MILO Philippines.

𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐎 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 — Ipinagdiwang ng Piedad Central Elementary School (PCES) ang Indigenous Peoples (IP) Day sa isinagawang flag ceremony nitong Lunes, Agosto 10, 2026, bilang pagkilala at pagpapahalaga sa kultura, tradisyon, at pagkakakilanlan ng mga katutubong pamayanan.

Bitbit ang temang “𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙈𝙞𝙙𝙬𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨: 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝘽𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜,” nakiisa sa pagdiriwang ang mga mag-aaral mula Kinder, SNED, at Grades 1–6, kasama ang kanilang mga g**o.

Pinangunahan ang aktibidad ni 𝙄𝙋 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙣 𝙕. 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙯, katuwang si 𝙄𝙋 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙅𝙤𝙮 𝘽. 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙤, isang kasapi ng Bagobo Tagabawa community.

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang, nagsuot ang mga mag-aaral at g**o ng kanilang makukulay na katutubong kasuotan, na nagsilbing pagpapakita ng pagmamalaki sa kanilang kultura at pinagmulan.

Isinagawa rin ang Trivia with Prizes upang madagdagan ang kaalaman ng mga mag-aaral tungkol sa mga katutubo, kanilang mga tradisyon, at kulturang minana mula sa kanilang mga ninuno.

Hinimok ni Sanchez ang mga mag-aaral na ipagmalaki ang kanilang pinagmulan at huwag ikahiya ang kanilang tribo.

Nakiisa rin sa pagdiriwang sina Daisy Lyn A. Buenafe, Principal II, at Rex B. De Leon, Assistant to the Principal ng PCES, kasama ang mga mag-aaral at g**o sa isinagawang photo opportunity habang suot ang kanilang mga katutubong kasuotan.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagdiriwang, binigyang-diin ng PCES ang kahalagahan ng paggalang, pagkilala, at pagpapanatili ng kultura at tradisyon ng mga Indigenous Peoples.

Ipinakita rin ng aktibidad na ang kultura ay hindi lamang bahagi ng nakaraan, kundi isang mahalagang pamana na dapat ipagmalaki, pangalagaan, at maipasa sa susunod na henerasyon.
