Campus News | The LGSA Room Design Competition
On December 19, 2025, the awarding of the Room Designing Competition was held at the LGSA Gymnasium at 1:30 PM. After two weeks of preparation, each section confidently presented their creatively designed classrooms, demonstrating camaraderie and creativity. The festive presentations reflected not only the spirit of Christmas but also the studentsβ immense dedication and artistry.

Campus News | LGSA celebrates Filipino Values Month.
The Lamb of God Sped Academy celebrated the Filipino Values Month yesterday. It is a special way of recognizing the core traits that define us Filipinos.
The day began with excitement as students from both junior and senior high schools took part in their poster-making contest and the βSanaysayβ contest. All selected students settled into their places and brought out their creativity, filling the room with the soft sound of pens and paper. Students express their thoughts through artistry and individuality.
As we moved forward, the quiz bee also began. The room was filled with energetic, joyful, and nervous students, taking part in the test their knowledge and quick thinking.
At around 1 PM, Ma'am Louivel Sumile called all junior and senior high school students to gather at the gymnasium to announce the winners.

Campus News | Students take part in Mock Interviews for Career Guidance 2025
The Career Guidance Mock Interviews started on November 27, 2025, at the LGSA Gymnasium at 2:25 PM. With the theme, "Unlock your future, explore, engage, and excel."
Students from grades 9 to 12 faced one of their greatest challenges, the mock job interview.
As the interviews began, the excitement, nervous, but hopeful faces of the students shown; it was a big leap of faith and them stepping out of their comfort zone.
The results were given immediately after the interviews concluded, in which over 60 applicants received the "Hired on the Spot" award.
By the end of this activity, students gained practical interview experience and the confidence to navigate their future careers, serving as a valuable guide that will help them build a promising future.

Campus News | LGSA High school department hosts Career Guidance Symposium.
On July 27, the Lamb of God Sped Academy held its annual Career Guidance Symposium from 1:20 PM to 2:30 PM, gathering students for an afternoon of learning, reflection, and career awareness.
The program featured a series of testimonies from selected speakers who shared their professional journeys and personal insights. Among those who took the stage were Sir Marco Diolanto, Maβam Naomi Rocha, Maβam Diana Cribillo, Sir Meldon Ansing, Sir Adrian Gonzales, and Sir Harnell Gloria. Their stories highlighted the realities of choosing a career path, overcoming obstacles, and staying committed to oneβs goals.
Throughout the symposium, speakers emphasized the importance of self-discovery, perseverance, and making informed decisions. Students were encouraged to identify their strengths, explore their interests, and pursue careers that align with their aspirations. The symposium served as a reminder of LGSA's continued dedication to guiding learners toward a purposeful and well-prepared future.

Campus News | LGSA Elementary Department hosts its Career Guidance.
βAng kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.β - JosΓ© Rizal. These powerful words came to life on November 27, 2025, 8:30 AM. Held at the LGSA Gymnasium, they transform it into a vibrant path of dreams and imagination.
The Career Guidance Parade was hosted by Ma'am Joice J. Sarmientoβan event designed to inspire young minds to envision a brighter future they wish to achieve.
The parade celebrated the theme βUnlock your future, explore, engage, excel!β. From the Nursery to the Grade 6, students were thrilled to march in their creative and colorful costumes that represent their dream careers: doctors, nurses, soldiers, teachers, chefs, pilots, engineers, artists, and many more.
Each step on the runway showed confidence and pure enthusiasm. Joyful cheers echoed as learners showcased, not only their costumes but their bright future. From nursery to Grade 6 showed their wonderful talents through dancing and singing.
Finally, Ma'am Naomi Shannen Rocha ended the event with a closing remark that was followed by a closing prayer held by a student.

Campus News | LGSA Conducts Career Guidance for the SPED Department.
On November 24th, 2025, an exciting event took place at the LGSA gymnasium featuring a career guidance program for SPED students, starting at around 9:00 in the morning. Students arrived at the gymnasium in their costumes, accompanied by their guardians, ready to showcase the careers they aspire to pursue in the future.
The program began with the eventβs emcees, followed by the students walking onto the stage to present their costumes and the careers they chose. They then delivered an outstanding dance performance.
As the event came to an end, certificates were given to students who showcased amazing performances and creative costumes. It was a memorable and meaningful eventβa starting point for each student to discover the career they want and to work hard for their dreams. The event concluded at 10:00 in the morning.

Campus News | LGSA conducts its annual Fire Drill.
On the 25th of November, The Lamb of God SPED Academy conducted their annual fire drill with the presence of the Buhangin Davao Fire Station (BFP) Bureau of Fire Protection.
During the drill, students swiftly evacuated school premises and then went to the designated place which was an (eskinita) located outside the campus.
Head counts were conducted and teams of two were walking side by side to ensure everyone was put to safety. Each grade and section gathered together, forming lines to ensure a smooth transportation going in and out.
After the drill, the firefighters completed their observations. Furthermore, they conducted hands-on application in eliminating fires using the extinguishers.
The SSG and new teachers all took part in this activity. The teachers who were involved in the demonstration were the new teachers such as: Ma'am Nove San Juan, Ma'am Vaneza Cereligia, Ma'am Diana Ross Seva, Ma'am Cherry Milan, Ma'am Marisol Calacat, Sir Harnell Gloria, Sir Marco Diolanto and lastly Sir Adrian Gonzales.
The drill finally concluded at 10:06 AM.

"THEY CAME, THEY SAW, THEY CONQUERED"
On November 17, 2025, the Taekwondo competition for the DCAA finally began at the Magallanes Elementary School.
Winning all of his games in the Kyorougi discipline, Jelius Triztan A. Jacobe Jr. demonstrated his grit and precision within battle. Dominating the first match with 33-20, the second match with 20-21, and the last match with 23-21βbringing home the gold and extending his prowess in the Davao Regional Athletic Association (DAVRAA).
A bright future awaitsβbringing home the bronze medal; Allyza Kayne A. Jacobe exemplifies the spirit of passion and courage in Kyorougi. Winning her first match with 23-4, yet ended her streak with 27-19, earning a medal to represent us all.
Congratulations athletes! Your avidity and commitment within the sport will never falter!
