𝙊𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝘼𝘽𝙎𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝘼𝙍𝙆𝙄𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙉𝙀𝙐𝙍 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙀 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝘿

The Architecture Student Council (ASC) has 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝘆𝗰𝗲 𝗖. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹, 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The leave allows Ms. Seniel to fulfill her duties as a member of the UP Mindanao Student Electoral Board for the upcoming special elections, requiring strict impartiality.

To ensure continuous operation during her absence, Ms. Nathalie Gress T. Cabual has been designated as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to temporarily oversee committee tasks, including booth management, budgeting, and coordination with council officers. Ms. Seniel will resume her responsibilities upon the conclusion of her leave on September 30, 2026.

Introducing 𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐀 — the theme of 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.
From the Tagalog word 𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒂, meaning 𝒖𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅 / 𝒖𝒑𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 or 𝒕𝒐𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆, this year’s theme calls us to return to the origin of civic life: the people.
What if civic centers were more than administrative buildings?
What if they became places where people gather, participate, connect, and belong?
𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐀: 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 challenges the next generation of young designers to rethink 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 and 𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 as open, welcoming, and human-centered spaces—beyond formality and hierarchy.

Oohh lala! 𝗔𝗦𝗖 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁 concludes a successful run at the 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲!

During the Orgs Fair 2026 held on August 17, 2026 at the UP Mindanao Atrium, ASCMart featured exciting offers including the Garage Sale for affordable drafting, art, and dorm supplies, the Ar. KODAK photobooth offering custom drawn-style portrait strips, and exclusive cutesy UP Keychains by Qubik Creations.

The event brought together Arkiskolars and the UP Mindanao community for a day filled with great deals, creative keepsakes, and UP pride. Thank you to everyone who visited and supported the ASC Mart booth! Lastly, welcome to our Arki freshies!
