Spending our Independence Day holiday fighting through a tough Friday night keiko. There is a beautiful sense of freedom when you step onto the floor, leave everything else behind, and just focus on the next strike. Proud to be training, growing, and strengthening our spirits together with Nitobe Sensei, Shingaki Sensei, and Inoue Senpai for joining us on the floor tonight and sharing their invaluable guidance. ✨
