Arabic alphabet tips

• The Arabic alphabet is read from right to left.
• Arabic is written in cursive from right to left.
• There’re no uppercase, lowercase letters in Arabic.
• There are four accents/sounds go with each letter.
• The letter shape changes according to the position in the word “initial - medial - final”.
• There are only 3 vowels in Arabic: ا - و - ي
• There’s only one definite article in Arabic: الـ and it’s always attached to the word.
• All the special sounds/letters in Arabic such as ع , ح or خ can be easily mastered with practice and a good teacher such as Egyptian Arabic Hub 😉
• The arrow direction indicates how each letter
is written..
