Is a Japanese language school in Davao City, Philippines. Currently, Japan is experiencing serious human resource shortages in various fields, and it is said that in 2040, the labor force population will decrease by 15 million people. For the portion that cannot be supplemented by the evolution of robots and IT, we must borrow the help of foreigners more in the future. ​。。。はフィリピン、ダバオにある日本語学校です。現在、日本は様々な分野で深刻な人材不足が進行しており、２０４０年には１５００万人の労働力人​口が減少すると言われています。ロボットやＩＴの進化で補えない部分は今後益々外国人の方々の助けを借りなければなりません。

　 On the other hand, despite stable economic development in the Philippines, the unemployment rate is high and income disparity is large. Temporary staff that complemented the missing portion of both countries had existed so far, but this time the new interpersonal service, "CAREGIVING" which required Japanese language skill started in the technical internship system. 一方フィリピンでは順調に経済が発展しているにも関わらず失業率は高く、また所得の格差は大きい現状があります。そんな両国に足りない部分が補完できる人材派遣は以前から存在しましたが、この度新しく日本語能力が重要な対人サービス＝介護が技能実習制度でも始まりました。

We believe that "High quality Japanese language education in the Philippines is necessary" and this school was established year 2017, and our programs were approved by TESDA in 2018. 　これにより「フィリピンでの質の高い日本語教育が求められるようになる」と確信し、２０１７年にこの学校を設立いたしました。そして２０１８年にフィリピン技術教育技能開発庁（ＴＥＳＤＡ）によって私たちの教育プログラムが承認されました。

Our principle is not only dealing with our involved parties which are the Foreign Technical Intern trainees who work in Japan and Japanese Companies who are the Employers, but as well as stakeholders, Japanese Cooperatives, dispatch agencies in the Philippines. And we, Sincere Japanese Skills Academy, Inc. (SJSA) will work sincerely to make everyone feel fulfilled and become happy. 　私たちが一番大切にしている理念は日本で働く外国人実習生と受け入れ先である日本の企業様という当事者同土はもちろん、それにかかわる関係者、日本の協同組合、フィリピンの送り出し機関、日本語教育機関（私ども）が誠実に仕事をすることで皆様が充実感を感じ幸せになる事です.
