Congratulations to our 5 students:

who have officially arrived in Bangkok, Thailand for their 6-month internship training at the prestigious Blue Elephant Restaurant.

Founded by Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, the driving force behind Blue Elephant’s success, the restaurant is globally recognized for promoting Thai Heritage Cuisine and culture. Blue Elephant Bangkok is a Michelin-recognized restaurant, frequently featured in the Michelin Guide as a Michelin-selected restaurant for its exceptional Royal Thai cuisine. As one of Thailand’s most respected fine dining institutions, Blue Elephant continues to inspire culinary excellence around the world.

We are proud of our students for successfully passing the interview process and reaching this important milestone in their culinary journey. As you begin your international internship, may you showcase the knowledge, discipline, and world-class training you gained from the International Culinary Institute – LPU Davao. May this experience also help you learn and embrace the best international practices in the culinary industry.

Chef, you don’t just work under pressure, you are the pressure. While others complain about the heat, you call it normal temperature. From sauté to grill to flambé, you handle fire like it is your love language.

Thank you for turning up the heat in the kitchen and in the classroom. You don’t just teach cooking, you ignite passion, discipline, and the courage to plate like a pro. Your standards are high, your flame is higher, and your energy is always on full blast. 🔥
