PUBLIC REMINDER: Social media can be a powerful tool, but in a fire emergency, seconds matter. Calling 911 (or the hotline of your nearest fire station) immediately connects you directly to dispatchers who can send help right away. While you wait for help to arrive, you can share updates on social media, but only after you've called for assistance.
Remember: Every second counts. Call 911 First. Share on Social Media Later.
