Bankas Heights Elementary School proudly joined the celebration of National Indigenous Peoples (IP) Day 2026 through a meaningful and colorful Parada ng Kasuotan, showcasing the rich cultural heritage, traditions, and identity of Indigenous Peoples.
Teachers and learners participated in the parade wearing traditional and culturally inspired attire, creating a vibrant display of diversity, respect, and appreciation for Indigenous cultures. The activity provided an opportunity for the school community to recognize and celebrate the unique contributions, traditions, and cultural expressions of Indigenous Peoples.
The celebration was led by the School IP Coordinator, Roxanne Libawan, with the strong support of School Principal I, Ma. Lourdes Lemosionero. Their leadership and commitment helped make the activity a meaningful avenue for promoting cultural awareness, inclusivity, and respect among learners and teachers.
Through activities such as the Parada ng Kasuotan, Bankas Heights Elementary School continues to foster a learning environment where every culture is valued, respected, and celebrated.

Bankas Heights Elementary School proudly received FREE Portable Voice Amplifiers (Lapel Voice Amplifiers) from the Department of Education (DepEd) Philippines as part of its continuing commitment to support teachers in delivering quality education.
These portable voice amplifiers will help our educators communicate more clearly and effectively during classroom instruction while reducing vocal strain, especially in interactive and learner-centered learning environments. By enhancing teachersโ ability to be heard by every learner, this initiative contributes to a more engaging, inclusive, and productive classroom experience.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Department of Education for continuously investing in programs and resources that promote teacher welfare and improve the quality of education for every Filipino learner.

Nagningning ang diwa ng pagkakaisa at pagmamahal sa kulturang Pilipino sa isinagawang Opening Program ng Bankas Heights Elementary School, kung saan tampok ang makulay na Parada ng Kasuotan na nilahukan ng mga g**o at mag-aaral.
Kasabay nito, nakiisa ang paaralan sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026, na ipinagdiriwang mula Agosto 1 hanggang Agosto 31, 2026, sa pangunguna ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF), na may temang โWikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.โ Ipinapaalala ng temang ito ang mahalagang papel ng wikang Filipino sa makabagong panahon, kung saan ang teknolohiya at artificial intelligence ay nagsisilbing katuwang sa pagpapalawak ng kaalaman at pagpapahalaga sa ating pambansang wika.
Sa pangunguna ng Filipino Coordinator, Gng. Emily Ortega, at sa suporta ng ating punong-g**o, Ma. Lourdes Lemosionero I, naging matagumpay ang programa na hudyat ng isang masigla, makabuluhan, at mapagpalang panuruang taon.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
Bankas Heights Elementary School will conduct its School-Based Deworming Program on July 21, 2026.

Only learners with a signed Parent's Consent Form will receive an Albendazole chewable tablet.
โ No Parent's Consent, No Deworming.
Benefits of Deworming:
