As School Year 2025–2026 comes to a close, the faculty and staff of Bankas Heights Elementary School gathered for their End of the School Year Pictorial, a simple moment to pause, smile, and celebrate the journey we shared throughout the year.

In support of National Women's Month, observed from March 1 to 31, 2026, the teachers and staff of Bankas Heights Elementary School (BHES) proudly wore purple to show solidarity in celebrating women’s strength, leadership, and contributions to society.

This year’s celebration carries the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas,” highlighting the important role of women across all sectors in shaping a better and more inclusive future. By wearing purple, the color symbolizing justice, dignity, and equality, the BHES community demonstrated their support for women’s empowerment and gender equality.

The activity also served as an opportunity to raise awareness among learners about the significance of recognizing and valuing the contributions of women in the family, school, and community. Through this meaningful gesture, BHES teachers and staff reaffirmed their commitment to promoting respect, inclusivity, and equal opportunities for everyone.

As the month-long celebration continues, the school community remains united in honoring the achievements, resilience, and dedication of women who continue to inspire positive change in society.
