𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐓𝐎 𝐄𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐘

1. Put your books and materials down and stretch for a minute or two.

2. Sit down, put your head down, and take 4 deep breaths.

3. Sit up, close your eyes and imagine being in a pleasant place where you feel relaxed.

4. Keep your eyes closed and switch scenes. Imagine a situation in which you had an academic success. Congratulate yourself for a job well done.

5. Open your eyes and find your assignment. Say, “Now I’m ready to work for about 15 or 20 minutes.”

6. Read the assignment, Ask, “What questions, problems or tasks are assigned?”

7. Work for 15 to 20 minutes using your books, papers, or other materials.

8. Take a few minutes to stretch, breathe deeply, rest your eyes, and have a healthy snack or drink.

9. Review and recognize your effort and progress.

10. Resume work.

grade ten completer na ako pero may icoconfess rin ako
dami ko naging memories sa school na 'to, I made a lot of mistake, regrets and imperfections to all I've done in this school, My grade 8 years is the most depressing year of my entire time,

kasi pag grade 7 or grade ka maraming mga temptation na darating sayo like mga computer games, ma*****na, and love.

I was getting used to be a computer addict, can't help my fingers is hungered to the touch of keyboard and mouse, and it affect my studies,
I lied a million times to my parents and to my teachers.

I personally hate this section (not a lot) because we are the first section in the entire grade 8, in that year all I did is cry here, cry there.

Masikip sa dibdib 'pag nakita mo yung magulang mo umiiyak.

They were seeing you as a failed child but still there is concern.

High expectations really killed someone, but not me duh, I thought su***de is the way to be out of sadness, No.

Dapat nung una palang pinigilan ko na yung sarili ko as a gamer kasi marami kang mami-miss na celebrations, party and even going churches, I miss myself not to being listener to a friend that could lead me to that way, but the problems I've done it

I am posting this to anyone who doing that temptation but don't do it if you want your life better.

They're right, I am a failure but still they accept me as a son.

but don't worry kahit na-attempt mo na ang mga bagay na 'yon lapitan mo yung mahal mo sa buhay, not your friends.

So gusto ko pong sabihin ito sa fellow classmate ko na kahit masakit yung mga nasasabi nila sa'kin mahal na mahal ko po sila kahit 'di ko feel na classmate nila 'ko yung parang outcasted ako lagi masakin din sa'kin pero ayos lang naman doon sila sumasaya eh. Mahal na mahal ko parin sila kung may nagawa man ako o kung may pinagseselosan sana mapatawad nila yun lang.
