This milestone reflects the University’s commitment to quality and excellence in graduate education.

[𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬] In view of the continuing implementation of national government energy conservation directives, the issuance of CHED Memorandum No. 109, s. 2026, and the need to further rationalize University operations, the University will adjust the flexible work and instructional delivery arrangements across campuses, effective April 27, 2026 until further notice.
𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞/𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦: Monday to Tuesday
Offices are CLOSED FOR ONSITE TRANSACTIONS on Wednesdays to Fridays, except income-generating facilities serving external clients.
All transacting clients are encouraged to utilize online payment methods and access USeP online services for their transactions, including requests for academic documents.

✅Undergraduate Classes. Classes scheduled until the off-semester shall continue to follow the instructional delivery arrangements under Memorandum Circular No. 2026-02.
✅Graduate School Classes. Graduate School classes shall be conducted primarily online. However, previously scheduled onsite class sessions shall proceed as planned.
✅Arrangements for the School of Law (SoL) and School of Medicine (SoM). Due to the nature of their respective courses, the SoL and SoM may adopt modified flexible class arrangements.
As a transitory measure, previously scheduled onsite University activities shall proceed as planned. However, it is encouraged that activities be conducted online or rescheduled to Mondays or Tuesdays to support the University’s energy conservation efforts.

Off-Campus Engagement
Students deployed off-campus for internships, practicums,
on-the-job training, clerkships, and other similar engagements shall adopt the work arrangements of the agencies, institutions, or companies where they are assigned or stationed.
