San Pedro College, through the Internationalization and Linkages Office is pleased to open the call of participation for the 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 (𝙂-𝙎𝙩𝙀𝙋) 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙆𝙤𝙗𝙚 𝙔𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙞𝙣 𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣!

Kobe Yamate Global Junior High and Senior High School is a private, coeducational school in Kobe, Japan, that emphasizes a global curriculum with a focus on international understanding and digital learning. It was formerly an all-girls' school and is now part of the Hamana Yamate Gakuin educational corporation.

The requirements are as follows:

✅Letter of Intent from the student applicant;

✅Transcript of Records or Printed copy of Grades;
✅HD Formal Photo
✅Scanned copy of the Passport and valid Identification Card; and
✅Accomplished Google Survey Form or Application Form (forms will be sent by InterLink Office);
✅Signed Permission Statement for Image/Video Publication provided by
InterLink Office (forms will be provided by InterLink Office);
✅CV or Resume;
✅Letter of Approval with Signatories (assisted by InterLink Office) as follows:
▪ Recommending approval of the Department Head/Dean/Director

▪ Approval of the VPAA and School President

➔ ​​The following eligibility criteria apply to the applicant for the student exchange
program:
✅Applicants must be currently enrolled at San Pedro College;
✅Acquired a passport;
✅Must be fit to travel;
✅Must be willing to adapt to new experiences/culture and to learn a new
language, if needed; and
✅Must be willing to indulge in activities and comply with the requirements
needed under this program

𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒔
➔The students availing of the program will be responsible for the following expenses but not limited to:
✅Round-trip airfare;
✅Visa fees, travel insurance, host university insurance (if mandated) and other
fees/expenses not covered by the program;
✅Accommodation
✅Cost of living in the host country;
✅Tuition fee payable to San Pedro College (if applicable); and
✅Other expenses necessary set by SPC and host institution

LOOK: The Community Engagement and Extension Services (CEES), in partnership with the School of Nursing, conducted a three-day “Operation Tuli” activity. The primary beneficiaries were children aged 6 to 14 years old. On the first day, participants came from Barangay Duterte, Barangay Centro, and Barangay San Antonio. On the second and third days, the beneficiaries were children from communities adopted by the Parish Priest and students of San Pedro College Basic Education, Ulas Campus.

Day 1 took place on May 14, 2025, at the San Pedro College Health Center in Agdao, where a total of 58 children received services. The activity was supported by 4 faculty members, 15 nursing students, 2 nursing aide students, 4 alumni, and 3 CEES staff.

Day 2 was held on May 15, 2025, at the San Pedro College Basic Education Department, Ulas Campus. A total of 51 children were served, with the assistance of 17 nursing students, 5 nursing aide students, 3 faculty members, 1 alumnus, 3 CEES staff, and members of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of Ulas Campus.

Day 3, also conducted on May 16, 2025, at the same Ulas Campus location, accommodated 57 children. This day saw participation from 28 nursing students, 4 nursing aide students, 4 faculty members, 5 alumni, 3 CEES staff, and the PTA of Ulas Campus.

In total, 166 children benefited from the three-day activity.

Furthermore, 101 volunteers—including students and faculty from the School of Nursing, as well as alumni of the institution—actively and generously contributed their time and expertise throughout the event.
