As we look back on the last school year, we are delighted to share with you the numerous comments and feedback from students on how they felt during their counseling sessions, testing activities, and the various events and programs conducted by the Counseling and Testing Center throughout the year.

The center is truly grateful that the majority of students appreciated the services it provided. The encouraging feedback serves as an inspiration for the center to continue delivering quality support to its students. We sincerely looking forward to welcoming everyone again in the new School Year 2026–2027.

The Counseling and Testing Center successfully participated in the P.R.I.M.E Module video shoot held at the Executive Boardroom of LPU Davao. This initiative was spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

During the video shoot, the center discussed the topic "Recognizing Mental Health Red Flags," highlighting the importance of identifying early warning signs and promoting mental health awareness within the academic community.

The Counseling and Testing Center (CATC) successfully concluded its CATC Dialogues Parenting Session, centered on the theme "Raising Responsible and Perceptive Children."

The session emphasized the importance of raising children who take responsibility for their actions and are perceptive enough to recognize the early warning signs of violence, helping build safer homes, schools, and communities.

Thank you to all the parents and students who took the time to attend and participate. Your support and commitment are greatly appreciated.

As concerns about school safety continue to grow, building a secure and nurturing environment for our students requires a strong partnership between home and school. By working together, we can recognize students’ needs early and provide support before challenges become crises.

Session 1: Building Safe Futures: A Parenting Session on Raising Responsible and Perceptive Children

This session aims to equip parents with practical knowledge on recognizing early signs of emotional distress, behavioral concerns, and risk factors while strengthening the home-school partnership in promoting students’ safety and well-being.
