𝐁𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐬𝐞,𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞: 𝐀 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲

We proudly honor 𝐄𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳, a committed Senior High School student, for achieving the prestigious Chief Girl Scout Medal Scheme (CGSMS) during the awarding ceremony held on November 27, 2025, at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City.

The CGSMS is the highest recognition a cadet can attain. It celebrates young women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, initiative, and dedication through a meaningful, community-centered project. This award reflects Eunice’s perseverance, service, and the lasting impact she has created.

Eunice’s year-long project, “Be Wise, Sanitize: First Aid Skills for Little Lives,” focused on health and sanitation, addressing the growing need for proper hygiene awareness and practices. Through sustained activities, education sessions, and community engagement, she made a significant difference in Purok Sta. Maria, the adopted community of the University of the Immaculate Conception. Her project empowered families and helped strengthen the community’s commitment to better health.

Your hard work and dedication throughout the year truly embody the spirit of service. The UIC community and the Girl Scouts family celebrate your inspiring achievement.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The University of the Immaculate Conception Senior and Cadet Girl Scouts garnered multiple awards during the Girl Scouts of the Philippines-Davao Camp Rally 2025, held on September 20, 2025, at Camp Corazon, Toril, Davao City.

The girls in green emerged as 1st Biggest Delegation for Private School (253 delegates), 2nd in Tiktok Dance Craze, 2nd in Knot Tying, 3rd in Gadget Making, and 4th in Table Presentation. Meanwhile, Patrols 3 and 1 were also honored with the Amazing Patrol Award, ranking 1st and 5th, respectively.

The one-day event underscored the Girl Scouts of the Philippines' mission to nurture leadership, friendship, and community service among Girl Scouts in Davao City.

The UIC SHS GSP once again demonstrated their dedication to service as they faithfully served at the First Friday Mass for August led by Cdt. Ashley Orlandez and Cdt. Angel Talisic along with Patrol 1 Members — continuing their commitment to community and spiritual growth. ☘️

𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 — 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘦𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘵, 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘦. 🌱✨

Last July 28, 2025, the UIC Senior High School students, along with some of members from the UIC GSP SHS—headed up to Tawan-tawan, Calinan, Davao City for a tree growing activity that left more than just footprints behind. 🍃

With laughter echoing through the hills and soil clinging to their hands, the girls had a blast—not just enjoying the moment, but embracing their role as stewards of nature. ✨🫂

Each tree they planted became a living symbol of their commitment to service, their deep love for the Earth, and the hopeful future they are determined to nurture. 🌻💫

UIC GSP Members enthusiastically joined the Chief Girl Scout Medal Scheme (CGSMS) Orientation & the Reorganization of Girl Clubs last July 19-20, 2025, at the GSP Davao Council — engaging in activities aimed at fostering leadership, camaraderie, and personal development.

They were truly inspired and grateful to join this empowering initiative that shapes strong, confident young women destined to become leaders in our community. Their hearts are full of excitement for all the incredible achievements they will bring to the future! ⭐️
