With a warm sense of purpose and unity, the new school year opened its doors under the guiding light of strong and encouraging leadership. Davao City Schools Division Superintendent, Reynante A. Solitario, CESO V, honored Waan National High School with his presence during the Opening of Classes for SY 2025โ2026. His visit was made even more meaningful by the presence of Cluster 15 Public Schools District Supervisor, Isidora C. Cermino, EdD, Waan National High School Principal, Charlie B. Pulma, and Cluster Nurse, Brechtnald V. Sison. Together, they walked through the school grounds, offering technical assistance, sharing valuable guidance, and extending their full support to the school's administrators, teachers, and learners.
Earlier that day, SDS Rey and the team also visited Pablo Lorenzo National High School, strengthening their connection with all schools under their supervision.
As a leader, SDS Rey was especially encouraging โ instilling confidence, unity, and a deep sense of purpose within the school community. His presence at Waan National High School's first flag ceremony of the school year was a powerful symbol of renewal and hope, affirming the shared mission to provide the best education for all. The ceremonies and visits ignited a feeling of collaboration and resolve, assuring everyone that, with strong leadership and a clear direction forward, greater success can be achieved for all learners.

In a significant step toward elevating the standard of education in Davao City, Schools Division Superintendent Reynante A. Solitario, CESO V, led a team of education leaders in a visit to Bernardo D. Carpio National High School and Communal National High School, both part of Cluster 15, on May 5, 2025. The visit was part of Pakig-Ambit 2025, an initiative aimed at providing technical assistance and fostering collaboration to enhance teaching and learning in the cityโs public schools.
Accompanying SDS Solitario was Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Rebecca C. Sagot, CESO VI, alongside key personnel from the Division Office. Leading the engagement in Cluster 15 was PSDS Isidora C. Cermino, EdD, who oversees the schools within the cluster. The visit focused on classroom observations and in-depth discussions with school heads and teachers to address challenges and strengthen instructional practices.
The team was also joined by Maa District PSDS Malinda Roma, Sir Jay C. Loreniana, Engr. Nigel Marvin Borja, PSDS Johnito O. Galan, Tugbok NHS Principal III Jeson G. Reyes, Education Program Supervisor Janete Esteban, and Cluster 6 PSDS Dr. Lydia V. Ampo. Their collective expertise contributed to meaningful dialogues on enhancing teaching strategies and fostering an environment conducive to student success.
This visit underscores DepEd Davao City's commitment to upholding educational excellence and ensuring that schools receive the necessary support to deliver quality education. Through Pakig-Ambit 2025, the division continues to bridge gaps, strengthen collaboration between school leaders and educators, and champion its mission of shaping a brighter future for learners in the region.

YES-O Camp โ25: Cluster 15 Edition
On February 8-9, 2025, the young environmental leaders of Cluster 15 gathered at Pablo Lorenzo National High School for the YES-O Camp โ25 with the theme:

This two-day camp was a powerful experience of learning, collaboration, and commitment to environmental advocacy. Through interactive activities and leadership training, our YES-O officers and members strengthened their roles as stewards of nature. โจ

Cluster 15 YES-O Tree Planting Activity ๐ฑ๐ฟ
Last February 1, 2024, the YES-O officers and members of Cluster 15 came together for a Tree Planting Activity at Secret Village, Brgy. Callawa, Davao City. Through this initiative, we reaffirmed our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to the barangay personnel of Brgy. Callawa and the dedicated teachers of Gorgonio Tajo Sr National High School for their support and assistance throughout the activity.
We also extend our deep gratitude to DENR - Bangkal for generously providing Narra seedlings, ensuring that our efforts contribute to a greener future.

We kicked off our Cluster 15 Training on Branding, Packaging, and Labeling for our amazing TLE, TVL, and ICT teachers today! The energy was fantastic as we explored how these key skills can create with the theme: "A Ripple Effect: Cascading Knowledge to Results."
With the invaluable support of our PSDS Doc. Isidora C. Cermino and the dedicated school heads of Cluster 15 headed by the Cluster 15 TVL/TLE Cluster Coordinating School Head Maโam Alma M. Casquejo
and Cluster TLE Coordinator Maโam Janessa Dawn C. Abayon we were able to create a truly impactful training.

The Cluster competition conducted at Bernardo D. Carpio NHS last October 29, 2024 was successfully concluded under the leadership of Ma'am Isidora C. Cermino, EdD Public Schools District Supervisor of Cluster 15, Rolando Giltura, Coordinating Principal in Science, Rudilyn D. Garcesa, PhD, Cluster 15 STEM Coordinator, and Jenny E. Devilles, Cluster 15 Science Coordinator.
Heartfelt appreciation extends to the dedicated science teachers and school heads from the eight participating schools in Cluster 15: Acacia National High School, Bernardo D. Carpio National High School, Communal National High School, Fatima Integrated School, Gorgonio Tajo Sr. National High School, Pablo Lorenzo National High School, Pilar P. Rodriguez Integrated School, and Waan National High School.

Vibrant hues and electrifying energy filled the venue as the Cluster 15 Athletic Meet 2024 kicked off on October 17, 2024! Around 1,000 athletes are competing to represent the cluster in various sporting events, with hopes of advancing to the Unit Meet and the ultimate dreamโPalarong Pambansa.
A huge thanks to Pablo Lorenzo National High School for hosting this exciting event! Let the games begin!

Among the prominent figures gracing the occasion were Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) Josie T. Bolofer, CESO VI, and Rebecca C. Sagot, CESO VI.
