We are pleased to inform you that the online application for the Comprehensive Exam is now open. Please see the requirements, steps, and important reminders for the application process below.

Kindly ensure that all necessary documents are submitted within the specified timeline.

1. Fill out the Google form for the Comprehensive Examination application, which can be downloaded using the provided link. Please use myUIC email.

2. Please wait for the evaluation by the Graduate School and Registrar’s Office. After the evaluation, you will receive an email regarding the status of your application, indicating whether it has been APPROVED OR DISAPPROVED.

• If your application is approved, proceed to the next step, which is payment. If your application is disapproved, please contact the Registrar’s Office at [email protected] immediately.

3. After receiving approval, please pay Php3,120.00 for Graduate Studies and Php5,120.00 for Post-Graduate Studies, covering the comprehensive examination fee and CAR fee. Kindly submit your payment confirmation through this link.

𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔:
• Ensure that you meticulously follow the application process to avoid delay and disapproval of the application.
• The room assignments will be published on our official UIC Graduate School page.
• During the Schedule Comprehensive Examination, the students must:
Provide documentation confirming the approved application, like an email confirmation and proof of payment for the comprehensive exam.

-Sign the attendance sheet for every examination and are expected to remain in the room until they have finished answering all the examination questions.

In order to give way to clearing operations and ensure the safety and welfare of individuals affected by flooding incidents in the city due to heavy rainfall brought by Easterlies and ITCZ on Monday evening, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔:

1. Face-to-face classes and school activities in ALL LEVELS in all public and private educational institutions in the city are hereby suspended;

2. Work in all national and local government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations in Davao City, is suspended, EXCEPT for offices performing safety and security, health, social services and disaster and emergency response services;

3. Private offices and establishments are given the discretion to suspend work but are encouraged to do so for the welfare and safety of their employees.
