✅ Coordinate and confirm interview schedules
✅ Collect candidate information and monitor JotForm submissions
✅ Initiate onboarding through Viventum
✅ Update recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates

🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Experience in recruitment or interviewing
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Familiarity with Zoom, JotForm, or HR systems is an advantage
