On April 26, 2026, the Coalesced Organization of Medical Technology Students (COMETS) successfully conducted its annual extension program dedicated to the resilient children of the House of Hope at the SPMC Childrenโs Cancer Institute in Davao City.
Through the collective generosity and initiative of the COMETS community, various nutritional provisions and recreational supplies were provided to bring comfort and encouragement to these brave young warriors in their fight against cancer.
The COMETS officers, alongside our esteemed moderator, Sir Erl Jerome Cabayao, RMT together with faculy member Maโam Clariza Linggasa, RMT personally turned over the donations and spent meaningful time engaging with the children to remind them that they are cherished, supported, and never alone in their journey.

Captured moments of joy.
Sometimes, the most beautiful moments are the ones caught in a simple, genuine smile.
These frames capture the pure joy and incredible resilience of the children during our recent extension program. Beyond the care packages and meals distributed, it was the laughter shared and the connections made that truly defined the day.
Each photograph stands as a gentle reminder of why we serve to bring a little warmth, comfort, and a lasting spark of hope to these brave young hearts. ๐ค
