I am humbly asking for your help if either you have contacts from LGUs of Zamboanga and Isabela de Basilan with regards the whereabouts of my brother CADET Kyle Punsalang.

Sakay niya po is the M/V Trisha Kerstin na lumubog sa may Baluk-baluk islands. En route po from Zamboanga to Jolo, Sulu.

Part po siya as one of the on-duty cadets at the time of incident. He contacted us kasi regularly. (See his last update to us).

If hindi po LGU, baka ang from the coast guards or taga doon malapit sa port to help us locate him.
