ALAMIN NATIN: Kilalanin ang bagong Bureau of Alternative Education (BAE)! Ito ay binuo ng Department of Education (DepEd) noong 2021 sa bisa ng Republic Act 11510 (ALS Act) at ng DepEd Order 47, series 2021 (Creation of the Bureau of Alternative Education in the Department of Education).

Kilala noon bilang “ALS Task Force,” BAE ang pangunahing kawanihan na magpapatupad at patuloy na magpapalakas sa Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program. Ito ay nasasailalim ng Curriculum and Instruction (CI) strand at kasalukuyang pinamumunuan ng Assistant Secretary for ALS.

Upang maging mas mabisa at kapaki-pakinabang ang pagpapatupad ng mga mandato ng BAE, ito ay binubuo ng dalawang Dibisyon: Policy and Quality Assurance Division (PQAD) at Program Management and Systems Development Division (PMSDD).

✨LIBRE✨ mag-aral at malaya matuto ang out-of-school youth and adults sa pamamagitan ng distance o blended learning na matagal nang ginagamit sa ALS bago pa magkaroon ng pandemya – sa schedule na angkop sa iyo!

Magtanong na sa inyong barangay, community learning center, o sa pinakamalapit na pampublikong paaralan para mag-enroll. Ipasa ang sumusunod na mga requirement:
- Kopya ng iyong birth certificate (PSA o NSO)
- 2x2 ID picture (white background)
- Form 137 (para lang sa mga galing sa formal school)
