EARLY REGISTRATION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027
January 31 to February 27, 2026

In preparation for the opening of School Year 2026-2027, Paquibato Elementary School will conduct early registration. Parents or guardians of children are invited to sign them up.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

• KINDERGARTEN: Children who are five (5) years old on or before August 31, 2026
Based on DepEd Order 015, Series of 2025

• GRADE 1: Children who will complete Kindergarten in School Year 2025-2026

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• KINDERGARTEN

◦ Photocopy of PSA/Birth Certificate.

• GRADE 1

Copy of Progress Report Card or ECCD Checklist

• BALIK-ARAL AND TRANSFEREES
