After the applications, discussions, and selection process, the 𝙎𝙎𝙇𝙂 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 is finally complete! We are proud to introduce the learners who have stepped forward to take on these responsibilities and become part of the team working behind our student leadership.

To our newly selected Committee members, congratulations! May you carry your roles with 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 as you work alongside the SSLG and your fellow Bustamanians. 🤍

As you begin this new chapter, may you grow in your respective roles while working together as one team. New roles, shared commitment, and one purpose—let the work begin. ✨

𝟬𝟵 / 𝟮𝟭 / 𝟮𝟲

Today, we celebrate the person behind the title—the heart, effort, and presence you bring into every space you step into. Your time in student leadership has been filled with moments that challenged you, shaped you, and gave you countless reasons to keep moving forward. Through it all, you have continued to show up, take responsibility, and lead with a heart that genuinely cares.

As another chapter unfolds, may life meet you with days that feel lighter, and people who remind you that you never have to walk through it all alone. May you always find comfort in knowing that your efforts matter, your presence is appreciated, and the work you do does not go unnoticed. Keep growing into the person you are meant to become, while carrying the same heart that brought you this far. 🤍

𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗪.

Day 2 of the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 proved that leadership is more than knowing what to do—it is knowing why it matters. Participants delved into 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢, 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙡, and 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩, putting every lesson to work through hands-on workshops.

The discussions gained depth through the insights of speakers 𝙃𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙅𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙡 𝙇𝙖𝙛𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚, together with former 𝘚𝘚𝘓𝘎 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝙅𝙝𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙅. Beyond the pages and presentations, their stories showed that leadership is learned not only through knowledge, but through the courage to apply it.

Then came the 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺-𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆—four stations, countless challenges, and lessons that went beyond simply working as a team. Every task called for communication, trust, decision-making, and reflection, leaving participants with perspectives they could carry into their own leadership journeys.

The 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 opened its first day by bringing student governance beyond the pages and into practice. The sessions covered 𝙂𝙋𝙊𝘼, 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙮-𝙇𝙖𝙬𝙨, 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, and 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, each followed by a workshop that turned lessons into action.

Guiding the participants throughout the day were 𝘎𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘨𝘢𝘴, Araling Panlipunan Department Head, 𝘍𝘦𝘣𝘣𝘪𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘨, SSLG Former Secretary, and 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘊𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘺, alongside SSLG Adviser 𝘒𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘑𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘈𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘯. Their experiences and insights gave participants a closer look at what leadership truly demands.

The day reached its highlight through a 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, where participants stepped into the roles they had been learning about. Rules became procedures, discussions became decisions, and leadership became something to experience firsthand.
