This validation marks a significant milestone as it is the first time our STEM program underwent official regional scrutiny — a crucial step toward ensuring the program meets the standards for curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and student outcomes.

✔️ Elementary graduate learners (S.Y 2024-2025) with strong academic background in Science & Math; a general average of 90 or above with no grade below 85 (Math, Science, English) and no grade below 80 in other learning areas.
✔️ Curious, independent, disciplined, adaptable with good stress management skills and of good moral character.

1. Fill-out the application form available at the CNHS entrance gate or download the form below.
2. Submit it together with a clear photocopy of a Report Card (SF9) and PSA birth certificate.
3. Qualified applicants will receive a text/call for the face-to-face interview and entrance examination schedule (by batch).
