Vales, the core team, and the speakers during the first day of the five-day Enhancement Training in Classroom-Based Action Research at the SHS Conference Room, Pablo Lorenzo NHS, Mandug, Davao City

The 5-day training is designed to empower teachers with innovative and practical solutions to address pressing classroom challenges. These solutions are guided by the S.M.A.R.T. framework—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—ensuring effectiveness and long-term impact in enhancing teaching and learning.

06/29/2022 Davao City: The recently concluded 1-Day Cluster 3 Planning Conference which was participated by school research coordinators held at BDCNHS Conference Room, Buhangin, Davao City. The conference was graced by no less than the host school, Principal II, Ma'am Maribeth V. Alcordo, who stressed in her opening message the significant role played by research in addressing classroom-based challenges and the opportunity for teachers to learn from it. The conference was chaired by the Cluster 3 Research Coordinator and concurrently the host school Research Coordinator, Dr. Ronnie M. Vales. He discussed as a reminder the duties and responsibilities of a school research coordinator, the establishment of RIC in every school and in Cluster, and walkthrough on step-by-step process flow in producing an Action/Basic Research. The coordinators also crafted their annual strategic action plan of activities for SY 2022-2023 and presented to the group. A cluster strategic action plan was also crafted based on schools' plans to harmonize cluster research activities. The conference culminated with an open forum.

The culmination of the 5-Day Virtual Enhancement Training in Action Research- Cluster 3 marks the beginning of the Teacher Researchers journey for a cyclic search on the best interventions towards learners quality education. Graced by the encouraging words of wisdom from the advisers, consultants and experts, enabling it is surely possible.
