Here's the tentative date for the release of the 2025 Bar Examinations results as revealed by Associate Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier during the Meeting with the Deans of Philippine Law Schools held on August 6, 2024.

The Office of the 2025 Bar Chair has yet to announce any changes regarding the tentative dates.

“In the Philippines, the law that applies to government officials flaunting their wealth is Republic Act No. 6713, also known as the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees. Section 4(h) of this law mandates that public officials and their families lead modest lives and not indulge in an "extravagant or ostentatious display of wealth in any form.”

CHECKS AND BALANCE
This is the mechanism by which department is allowed to resist encroachment upon its prerogatives or to rectify mistakes or excesses committed by the other departments.
However, the Supreme Court is the final arbiter to determine whether there has been encroachment between the branches (Angara v. The Electoral Commission, GR No. L-45081, July 16, 1936)
The purpose is to secure coordination in the workings of various departments.
