𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Though it’s a non-duty Friday under our 4-day work week, our school leaders gathered at 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 to chart the 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

This is how we prepare for a 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧, 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙖𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙.

𝐀 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐇𝐂𝐂𝐃 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞

Smiles, laughter, and a spirit of gratitude filled the 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙡 at around 𝟰:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 as the faculty and staff of 𝑯𝑶𝑳𝒀 𝑪𝑯𝑰𝑲𝑫 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒐 – 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒔 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔 gathered for a meaningful occasion—the turnover of rice subsidy.

What seemed like a simple gathering quickly turned into a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. Colleagues greeted one another with joy, conversations echoed across the hall, and a shared sense of appreciation was felt by everyone present.

This moment was made possible through the initiative of the 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, under the leadership of School President 𝗠𝗿. 𝗣𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗗. 𝗟𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼. In response to the ongoing fuel price hikes and the rising cost of basic commodities, the administration has taken concrete steps to support its employees—𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒏 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕.

One of these is the 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟬 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗶𝗱𝘆 to each faculty and staff member—a practical yet meaningful gesture that lightens everyday burdens and uplifts morale. The turnover held at the 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒔 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒂𝒍𝒍 on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟯,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 stands as a reflection of a 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝘾𝘾𝘿 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮.

Beyond this, the administration continues to extend care through the 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚𝙨, easing transportation concerns amid increasing fuel costs. Complementing this is the 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝟰-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, giving employees more time to rest, recharge, and spend with their families.

More than the assistance itself, what made the event truly special was the feeling it created—of 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒏, 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓.

In a time when challenges are real and pressing, moments like this remind everyone that they are not alone. That behind every effort is a 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

As the program concluded, what lingered was not just the distribution of goods, but a 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆. Indeed, when a community takes care of its people, 𝒊𝒕 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒔—𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓, 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.
