‎The Seminar kicked off with a powerful message from our OIC Computer Engineering Program Head Engr. Leslie S. Macoy, as she challenged our young Geodetic Engineers in the making, then we dived straight into action with our guest speaker Engr. Rafael Amiel N. Magno who walked with us through every part, function, and assembling of Total Stations and Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) surveying equipment.

‎A Huge shout out to CELC's Vice President External, Ms. Keesha Phoebe Giangan Clave for hosting flawlessly, and to our GESS Moderator and OIC Geodetic Engineering Program Head Engr. Md. Liton Rahman for wrapping it up with inspiring closing words. Ready to measure the world one set-up at a time!

The Mindanao Association of Geodetic Engineering Students (MAGES) expresses our deep sympathy and solidarity with the communities affected by the 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝟕.𝟔 earthquake that struck 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲, 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 this past Friday, October 10, 2025.

In response to this devastating event, we are mobilizing 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲.

We are reaching out to the entire Mindanao GE community and our partners to provide immediate relief and assistance to those whose lives and homes have been severely impacted. Every contribution counts as we work to rebuild and support our neighbors.
