In light of the ongoing rainfall and inclement weather conditions brought about by the shear line affecting the Davao Region, all classes at all levels in both public and private educational institutions in Davao City are hereby suspended today, February 20, 2026.

We are thrilled to share the development of our new school seedling nursery. It has been an incredible team effort, showing the true spirit of Bayanihan.

Come together as a group to bless this project and prepare for the work ahead. A huge thank you to everyone who dedicated their time and energy to build this. We are excited to see what we will grow together in this new space!

Learning by doing!
Through our Capacity Building on Seed Germination Collection and Nursery Establishment, conducted by the Davao City Water District at Malagos Eco Park, participants gained hands-on experience in collecting, preparing, and nurturing seeds—planting not just seedlings, but also taking responsibility and fostering hope for a greener future. Together, we grow skills that sustain communities. 💚

Giving of Seeds by DENR and CENRO
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), through the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), distributed quality seeds to support nursery establishment and promote environmental conservation. This initiative encourages community participation in tree growing and sustainable environmental practices.

Emboc Lingcayong Elementary School would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Montessori Children House of Davao City with the initiative of Batch 1980 led by Janeth Pedroso Flores. Your contribution will have a lasting impact on the educational experience of our students and faculty.

(KALAT WAGTANGON SA TULONGHAAN) is an advocacy for solid waste management started by Emboc Lingcayong Elementary School and it aims to reduce the amount of solid waste plastic wrappers in classrooms by turning them into beautiful crafts for ground beautification. Learners actively participated in the project by collecting plastic bottle from different classrooms and segragating them by size. They then put them in designated plant boxes. The project encourages everyone, especially the learners to take responsibility for their waste management practices. It also raises awareness about the importance of reducing waste and the negative impact of solid waste on the environment.
