PHILIPPINES INCLUDED IN AUSTRALIA'S PROPOSED VISA BAN 🇵🇭🇦🇺

Australia’s Liberal Party has proposed suspending visa processing for up to three years from regions believed to be controlled by terrorist groups, with the Philippines listed among 13 countries in a draft proposal.

The measure has not been formally approved and remains under review. Australian leaders said the proposal is focused on national security screening and not on race or religion.

The Philippines and Australia maintain strong diplomatic and counterterrorism ties, and any final decision could draw attention given the large Filipino community in Australia.
