𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟵 marked a significant beginning for the College of Arts and Humanities, as the CAHpamilya came together for its first general assembly of the academic year 2026-2027. The State of the Humanista Address (SOHA) 2026 stood as a symbol of a new chapter and the pursuit of a common purpose.

Guided by the core values of faith, excellence, and service, the day featured inspiring stories and informative discussions on transparency and community rights, igniting and enlightening the CAHpamilya.

𝗥𝗘: DESIGNATION OF OFFICER-IN-CHARGE DURING THE GOVERNOR’S ABSENCE

This Memorandum is hereby issued by the Executive Governor of the University of the Immaculate Conception - College of Arts and Humanities Student Council 2026 - 2027 for the information and guidance of the entire UIC-CAH community.

Please be informed that Chino Dominic Mendez, The Executive Vice Governor for Internal Affairs, has been designated as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the CAH Student Council from August 17 to 23, 2026, during the temporary absence of Executive Governor - Queenzy Faith C. Baton.

During this period, the OIC shall oversee the continuity of council operations, address urgent matters, and act as the representative for the Office of the Governor. All Students, Council and Academic Club Officers under the College of Arts and Humanities are kindly requested to extend their full cooperation and coordination throughout this timeframe.
