Manila, you have our hearts. 💛
Kapecon 2026 has been such a meaningful experience for us. This was our first event in Manila serving espresso-based beverages crafted with our single-origin beans, and what a journey it has been!
To everyone who visited our booth and supported us all the way — thank you for making this experience worthwhile. Thank you for challenging us to step out of our comfort zone and introducing Maison Croifé to the Manila coffee community.
Every drink we served was thoughtfully developed and curated to invite you to discover coffee in a different way.
Flying everything from Davao and bringing our little coffee world to Manila was no easy feat especially with the rain flooding our booth! But meeting you and sharing what we love most made every bit of it worth it.
We may not have captured as many photos as we would have liked — we were too busy making coffee and sharing moments with all of you! But perhaps that makes this experience even more special. Some of our favorite memories were made away from the camera.
Until our next Manila pop-up, we hope to see familiar faces again and meet even more coffee lovers along the way.
